Order Processing Time:

All orders will be processed within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. When your order is dispatched, you will receive the logistics information.

Estimated Delivery Time:

We offer global delivery services. As our products are high-tech precision equipment (including batteries), we use reliable international logistics transportation methods. Therefore, the initial logistics information needs to be updated within five working days. Depending on your location, the delivery usually takes 15 working days, and in special cases, it can take 15 to 30 working days.

Customs, Tariffs and Taxes (Important Note):

Yusanyuefishing is not responsible for any customs fees and taxes related to the order. All costs incurred during or after the transportation, including tariffs and taxes, are borne by the customer. For high-value electronic products like our underwater technology products, local customs may require you to pay import duties before receiving the goods. We will try to take customers through the duty-free channels. Currently, most regions such as Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Brazil, Turkey, the Middle East, etc. are transported through duty-free channels without requiring additional payment from customers.

Order Tracking:

After the order is dispatched, we will update the logistics information on the website, including the tracking number for checking the order status. Please allow five working days for the update of the logistics information (the transportation time mainly involves the front-end transporting the goods to the flight warehouse, and the package will quickly reach after the flight takes off).
